Located on the second floor of Villa Ilixon, the Sequoia apartment is a 3-star rated tourist accommodation, Spacious and comfortable, it can accommodate up to seven people, whether you are travelling with family or friends, allowing you to fully enjoy the thermal baths, ski slopes and surrounding nature of Luchon.
You will enjoy a spacious and bright living room, furnished with two sofas and a flat-screen television, providing a cosy space to relax after a day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room also open onto the living room, creating a large space that is ideal for groups.
The first double bedroom has a comfortable bed and a large wardrobe to make your stay more convenient. It opens onto a balcony connected to the living room with a view of the legendary Villa Luisa, former residence of the Princes of Monaco. It also has a private bathroom.
The second double bedroom is located upstairs, opposite the third bedroom which contains three single beds. A functional and well-appointed bathroom is also located on this floor.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher for optimal comfort.
A laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available for tenants to use.
The common areas of Villa Ilixon, such as its garden, shared kitchen, sunny terrace and billiard room, are also accessible to all guests.
